4、The shoulder straps are handcrafted, with a production period of about 8 weeks. After completion, we will confirm with you again via email.
5、After confirming that the back strap is correct, we will help you generate the final payment order again.
6、Within 7 working days after you pay the balance and shipping fees, we will send it to you.

Can I return the custom harness if I don't like it?
As these are custom-made products, we cannot restock or resell them, so we do not accept returns for custom orders. However, if you have any issues, we will do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Regarding the deposit and balance when making a payment.
Our payment method is divided into two steps: 1. Pay a 50% deposit. We will start scheduling and preparation work after receiving your deposit. 2. The remaining payment will be settled as follows: after the straps are made, we will send you work photos (the work photos do not include the LOGO stamp), then you pay the remaining 50% of the payment, and then we will proceed with the printing, normal photo shooting and delivery.
Length and width dimensions
The length can be selected from the 11 provided sizes. The width can be chosen among 2, 2.5, and 3 inches. If you need a special size, please contact us and state your requirements.
How to measure your own size: Use the existing strap, adjust it to the most comfortable length, and then measure the straight-line distance between the two holes. If you're not sure how to measure, you can also take photos and communicate.
Face strap is all made by hand, And there will be minimal size error in non-critical parameters.

The stable-type strap is lined with flannelette fabric, which makes the strap fit more closely to the shoulder of the clothing, ensuring more stable force bearing and less tendency to sway. It is suitable for users who have relatively small movement ranges when playing.
low-friction
The low-friction strap is lined with microfiber fabric, which gives the strap a slight smoothness and reduces frictional resistance with clothes or skin. It is suitable for users with relatively moderate movement ranges when playing.
smooth-type
The smooth-type strap is lined with smooth microfiber fabric, which gives the strap strong smoothness and is free from frictional resistance with clothes or skin. It is suitable for players with large movement ranges during performance.
Personalized customization
We offer deeply personalized guitar/bass strap customization services. Names, texts, logos, or photos can be incorporated into the design through advanced leather embossing or high-definition printing techniques. If you need to add a custom logo, please leave a note in the order or contact us. (There will be a certain cost for adding a personalized custom logo separately, subject to the order.)
